基于可靠度的结构优化的序列近似规划算法   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
基于可靠度的优化的最直观解法是把可靠度和优化的各自算法搭配一起形成嵌套两层次迭代。为改善其收敛性提高计算效率,人们提出了功能测度法、半无限规划法、单层次算法等多种改进方法。本文对传统结构优化界的经典序列近似规划法改造并扩展应用于求解基于可靠度的结构优化问题,构造该问题的序列近似规划模型和求解过程;其核心思想是在每个近似规划子问题中采用近似可靠度指标对设计变量的线性近似,在优化迭代过程中同步更新设计变量和随机空间中的近似验算点坐标,以达到可靠度分析和优化迭代同步收敛的目标。为了算法的实施,还推导出近似可靠度指标的半解析灵敏度计算公式,编制了程序,最终实现与通用软件的连接。论文用算例证实算法的有效性。  相似文献

The paper deals with the simulation program Off Road Systems Interactive Simulation (ORSIS) which is the w,orldwide leading simulation tool for off road driving of wheeled vehicles. Even though the present state of development allows a very realistic simulation of the man–vehicle–terrain system, there is continuous further improvement in the computer program’s detail. Some of the recent innovations integrated into the program are presented in this paper. These examples were chosen in a way that the scope of the further developments can be demonstrated. They represent three main directions of the work carried out: the refining of the tire–soil-model, the integration of new technologies and subsystems into the vehicle model and the improvement of the man–machine–interface especially in driving simulators.The first part of the paper describes a further development of the tire–soil-model. A significant improvement has been achieved to include the influence of slippery surfaces on traction in combination with the tire tread pattern. Results from finite element method (FEM) as well as real measurements were used to build up an approach, which qualitatively allows the influence of the positive–negative portion of the tire tread and the lug height of the tire tread on traction to be considered. The basic idea is very simple and straightforward. Moreover the calculation costs are very low, so the enhancement does not affect real time operation.In the second part a physical model for the central tire inflation system (CTIS) is presented. With this model it is possible to simulate the complete pneumatic system of a CTIS, including the air compressor with an accumulator, the pressure line and the wheel valves. The components are modelled by their physical parameters, so an adaptation to different existing tire-pressure-control-systems (TPC) can be made. The paper presents a short review of the modelling and a first validation using real measurements. Furthermore the influence of each parameter, e.g. the discharge flow of the compressor on the inflation time, is presented.The third part of the paper describes a further development of the visualization system. The ORSIS OpenGL graphic engine was separated from the main ORSIS simulation and can be run on different PCs controlled via a network. It is therefore possible to build up very cheap multi-channel visualization systems using consumer PCs running under LinuX. The fact that ORSIS itself is running on a normal PC allows the assembly of comparatively cheap driving simulators of a high end simulation quality.  相似文献

There exist a sufficient condition for the existence of at least one periodic solution for a type of second order autonomous ordinary differential equations. The correctness of the condition has been pointed out by Schauder's fixed point theorem. In the light of a growing need for fracture control of rapid crack propagation(RCP)ingas pipelines,a program PFRAC(Pipeline FRacture Analysis Code)has been developed to analysethc various events.In this paper,by using PFRAC for the simulation of axial crack propagation in gaspipelines,a number of dynamic analysis issues rclating to boundary effects for uncracked and crackedpipes are investigated.This indicates that the boundary conditions along the length of the pipe play animportant role for fracture analysis in the pipe.In contrast.the boundary condutions at thc ends of along pipeline have little effect on the dynamic fracture events.  相似文献

A closed form solution to the convective instability in a composite system of fluid and porous layers with vertical throughflow is presented. The boundaries are considered to be rigid-permeable and insulating to temperature perturbations. Flow in the porous layer is governed by Darcy–Forchheimer equation and the Beavers–Joseph condition is applied at the interface between the fluid and the porous layer. In contrast to the single-layer system, it is found that destabilization due to throughflow arises, and the ratio of fluid layer thickness to porous layer thickness, , too, plays a crucial role in deciding the stability of the system depending on the Prandtl number.  相似文献

Contact angle is known to be a parameter that effects boiling. This study was undertaken to measure contact angle of high and low surface tension fluids on copper and aluminum surfaces.Data were taken for polished, oxidized, and rough surfaces. A simple, yet fairly accurate method of measuring the static equilibrium contact angle of a solid/liquid interface is presented. The principles of a line light source and tilting plate were modified and then combined in the design of this apparatus. The angles obtained and their variation with the solid surface properties were in good agreement with previously published data. The contact angle of distilled water o of the organic fluids and refrigerants tested were in the range of 2–5°. Roughness and oxidation reduce the contact angle. If the depth of the roughness is less than 0.5 μm contact angle. The apparatus is fairly simple in construction, is inexpensive, and has good reproductibity. The measured angles were then compared to those measured with the sessile drop method.  相似文献

We present electron microscope (FEI NanoSEM) and atomic force microscopy measurements of surface roughness in nanochannels in photonic crystal fibers (PCF). A method was invented to cleave the PCF along the axis without damaging the surface structure in the nanochannels allowing us to characterize the morphology of the nanochannels in the PCF. A multi-wall carbon nanotube mounted onto commercial AFM probes and super sharp silicon non-contact mode AFM probes were used to characterize the wall roughness in the nanochannels. The roughness is shown to have a Gaussian distribution, and has an amplitude smaller than 0.5 nm. The height–height correlation function is an exponential correlation function with an autocorrelation length of 13 nm, and 27 nm corresponding with scan sizes of 200×100 nm2, and 1600×200 nm2, respectively.  相似文献

In this paper, the inverse problem of finding the time‐dependent coefficient of heat capacity together with the solution periodic boundary and integral overdetermination conditions is considered. Under some natural regularity and consistency conditions on the input data, the existence, uniqueness, and continuous dependence upon the data of the solution are shown.
